History: A tough, No-nonsense SPECTRE in command of the Minuteman, he cares deeply for all life and hates to kill unless he has to. He deeply respects his crew but is quick to correct them when they make a mistake. He is highly protective of his daughter since his wife died. Raya became a SPECTRE during the first contact war timeframe, his wife was a diplomat killed while visiting a Turian General. After that Raya dedicated his life to serving Justice. When he was younger Raya lived a life of many vices, becoming addicted to several drugs and living a life of crime to pay off his debts. Eventually it caught up to him and through his wife's love and forgiveness he was given a second chance. Unfortunately she was killed before he could earn her forgiveness. Raya turned his life around, dedicating his life to the only family he has left, promising to always fight for her sake.
